Preparation

  • Includes taping off necessary areas to collect loose debris

  • Covering A/C units, first row of screens on cages, and any areas of concern

  • A dump trailer will be placed on the site prior to removal of roof

  • A permit will be pulled and posted on site

  • A yard sign will be placed on site

Tear Off

  • Remove existing roof and underlayment

  • Clean deck, replace rotten wood, and re-nail with approved nails

  • Daily cleanup of loose debris, yard magnets used, and all materials secured

  • Potential for small debris to fall into attic; inspect and address as needed

Dry In

  • Our suppliers deliver materials and load rooftop. 

  • Install underlayment, flashings and drip edge after tear off for dry-in completion

  • Schedule inspections with local municipalities post dry-in; may take several days based on inspector availability

Install

  • Distributors deliver roofing materials after passed inspection

  • Install tile, metal, or shingles per manufacturer specs and code standards

  • Scheduled final inspection with local municipalities post-installation

  • Remove trailers, equipment, and materials from site upon completion

Walkthrough

  • Inspect roofing materials for damage or defects

  • Verify proper installation of flashing and drip edge

  • Check roof’s appearance for uniformity

  • Ensure proper sealing of vents and penetrations

  • Confirm cleanliness of work area and removal of equipment/materials
